For Workshops, Consultations, and Clinic Sessions

By booking a workshop, consultation, or clinic session through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. 📅 Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your spot.

All prices are listed in [your local currency] and are subject to change without notice.

You will receive a confirmation email with session details once payment is processed.

2. 🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that things come up. However, due to the limited availability of our sessions:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the session are eligible for a one-time reschedule, subject to availability.

No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

3. 🚫 Non-Transferable Bookings

Sessions are non-transferable. You may not assign your booking to another person without prior written approval.

4. 📌 Use of Materials & Recordings

Any materials shared during your session are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed.

Sessions may not be recorded without prior permission.

5. 🚧 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including if a participant behaves inappropriately or does not comply with the Terms of Service. In such cases, refunds may not be issued.

6. 💼 Disclaimer

Our workshops and consultations are designed to support business development and strategic clarity. While we provide tools, guidance, and resources, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, funding success, or sales performance.

🖼️ Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting our work. Each print in our collection is carefully produced and packaged with intention. Please review our return policy before completing your purchase.

📦 Returns

Due to the nature of art prints and limited-edition items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged in transit or if you received the wrong item. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Send clear photos of the damage or issue

  • Include your order number and contact details

  • If approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges for items damaged after delivery

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues related to size, color variation due to screen settings, or buyer’s remorse

📮 Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or delayed due to courier error, please contact us. While we are not responsible for third-party delivery delays, we will do our best to assist with tracking or replacement (where applicable).

❗ Limited Editions

All limited-edition or made-to-order prints are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange except in the case of verified damage.
